Sound familiar?
You’ve outgrown your bookkeeper, but a full-time CFO isn’t in the budget yet.
Revenue is up, but cash is always tight.
You’re growing, yet payroll weeks are stressful and you’re never quite sure how much cash you’ll have next month.
Your numbers arrive late, or you don’t trust them.
Financials show up weeks after month-end, and they don’t tell you what’s working, what isn’t, or what to do next.
Investors and lenders are asking hard questions.
You need a model, a forecast and a story that holds up to scrutiny before the next raise or loan renewal.
That’s exactly where a fractional CFO fits: senior financial judgment, sized to your business.
What I do
Strategic finance, built around your stage
Cash Flow & Forecasting
A rolling 13-week cash forecast and 12-month outlook, so you see crunches coming months ahead, not days.
Financial Reporting & KPIs
A clean monthly close and a one-page dashboard with the handful of numbers that actually drive your business.
Budgeting & Planning
An annual plan and operating budget tied to your goals, with monthly budget-vs-actual reviews that keep you on track.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
Financial models, pitch-ready metrics, data rooms and board decks that give investors confidence.
Banking & Lending
Line-of-credit and term-loan packages, covenant tracking, and a CFO at the table when you negotiate.
Pricing & Profitability
Margin analysis by product, customer and service line, and the pricing moves that raise profit without adding headcount.

FAQ
Common questions
What is a fractional CFO?
A fractional CFO is an experienced chief financial officer who works with your business part-time, typically a set number of days or hours each month. You get the same strategic leadership a large company has, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time executive.
How is this different from my bookkeeper or CPA?
Your bookkeeper records what happened and your CPA handles taxes and compliance. A CFO looks forward: forecasting cash, setting strategy, building the plan, and helping you make decisions. I work alongside your existing bookkeeper and CPA, not in place of them.
How much time will you spend on my business?
It depends on your stage and needs. Most clients start with a few days a month, plus availability between meetings for questions and decisions. We’ll agree on the right level during our first conversation and adjust as you grow.
Do I need to change my accounting software?
Usually not. I work with the tools you already use, such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Gusto and Bill.com. If your systems are holding you back, I’ll recommend practical, affordable improvements.
Is there a long-term contract?
Engagements are month-to-month after an initial onboarding period. If I’m not adding clear value, you shouldn’t be paying for it.
